Excellent polite and professional service provided by NP Security Solutions. We had a broken lock with a key stuck in it, Nigel came out and fixed the initial issue and then serviced the mechanism and replaced the lock. The door, since being installed 2 years ago has never operated so well, great work and highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant - locked out of my flat at 10 am Sunday morning, bank holiday weekend. Arrived within 10 minutes - courteous, professional and reassuring. Didn't ask to be paid beforehand, no call-out charge. Didn't make me feel stupid and even gave me tips for making sure I don't do it again!
