No more words to say.Very helpful and friendly staffs.Descent and proactive. not like the ordinary money seekers. Had my vehicle serviced twice and No complaint at all. The good part is after every service you get a complementary car wash.Reasonable and worthy.
I visited Eden Vauxhall Swindon, after many previous disappointments with other dealerships. The atmosphere is incredibly light, friendly, and you are made to feel welcome as soon as you walk in. My sales advisor Mo went above and beyond expectation to source me a car based on my criteria within hours of our initial phone call. Additionally, he offered to collect and drop me off from the dealership, if I struggled to get my own transport; kept in constant contact with me via telephone calls and email chains, answering any questions and provided updates on the status of the car I had reserved. The car was in excellent condition for a second hand motor and I am incredibly pleased with it. If you are thinking of visiting Eden, definitely ask for Mo!

I had the great pleasure of picking up my new MG4 yesterday after only a few weeks from making the first order. Throughout the process, it has been nothing but smooth. I’ve recently wanted to upgrade my car to a slightly newer model and then I received a call about the loyalty event from Mo, from that first phone call to handing me over the car Mo has been outstanding. He is professional and so courteous. He went above and beyond to find me the best deal within my budget and he still made sure I was happy with the model and colour. I would recommend anyone to Mo if they are looking for a car, he answered every question I had to the best of his knowledge. Thankyou so much Mo I love my new car!
Such an easy experience. A very helpful young man called Jake eased me through the process of collecting my new vehicle, nothing was too much trouble altogether a very pleasant and simple process. Much appreciated Many thanks.
Booked for rear brake pads on a Saturday received a call at 9.30am to inform me the car was ready to collect. Firstly how quick was that, secondly when I got there noticed they cleaned the car, and to top it off the price was cheaper than what was quoted. Amazing service from start to finish definitely will return.
I am extremely disappointed, to write this bad review. I have never in my life done this to a business but , I have called for a quote for the last 2 days. Now and keep being told I will get called back, with an estimate for the repairs on my car. But I have not had a call back . I have called a left messages about 6 to 10 times. Yet no call back worse customer experience I have had in my life . They don’t even deserve a 1 star in my opinion but I have to as won’t let me post this otherwise. Absolutely shocking experience.
Absolutely fantastic customer service. Very friendly and would highly recommend Amelia Lucas !! Wonderful lady, helped me through the whole process and got me the perfect car, I will only go to her again if I have an issues or for future cars !
This was my first car purchased at Eden Swindon, and i am very satisfied with the overall service. Kamil Slezac was very helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. I have an autistic disorder and sometimes find it difficult to process information. Kamil explained everything clearly and i am very pleased with the purchase. Many thanks for this great service!
