My wife and I visited London and Paris for our two week honeymoon. We loved staying at Novotel and it was a wonderful place to come back to at night after seeing all of London. The staff was nice and professional. We really enjoyed, and still brag about, the delicious breakfast served in the mornings. We would have stayed another week and skipped Paris if we would have known how fun London was going to be. We will be back hopefully sometime in our lifetime and we will stay here again.

Had an absolute amazing time here for my partners birthday, was made very special! Room had amazing view of the shard and was very clean, room service was lovely! Missed eggs for breakfast as had ran out but this is our only fault. Swimming pool and sauna were lovely also nice and clean. Bar staff were brilliant especially a guy called chamo who made us chuckle! Will definitely be going back

The room is nice. The staff is wonderful. The pool is really cool. It's in a really good location. I definitely recommend this to anyone travelling abroad.

Decent stay. Breakfast was good. Staff are top quality. Bed was a bit worn. My room always got cleaned very late in the day. The location is prime though. I found it very convenient for a London first timer.

Went here for my Company Christmas Party! We had a sit down meal, with drinks and cocktails! They really looked after us! Would recommend for Parties!
