Great hotel. Staff exceptional. Julie the receptionist on duty at check in was extremely helpful and printed out a map of directions to Napier University which was a 23 minute walk away. Breakfast was amazing with a wide range of hot and cold items. The room was spacious and pretty quiet considering it was right next to the tram line.

Nice stay. Right on the tram line so easy to get around. Good facilities, nice food and lovely staff.
Accessible room a disappointment. No room to get a wheelchair about and the bath wasn't accessible without help. That needs sorting out and accessible showers with chairs should replace the bath.

Fantastic place! Pool was a little small but otherwise a lovely relaxing weekend! We had a problem with our booked room and they were more than happy to change us and gave us an upgrade to executive queen. Was a nice unexpected surprise , least stressful room change and problem I ever had. Thanks to Daniel again on the front desk!

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and clean, mine had a shower but a bath is also available if needed. Restaurant for dinner was tasty with lots of options, a bit pricey so better to pop into centre on the metro or train (literally 3 Min walk) Breakfast is as expected for a buffet at any hotel. If you like the gym like I do this will be a disappointment, machines are rubbish, weights are basically non existent and cardio machines are men at best. Swimming pool is nice but not large and the steam room was "out of order for that day" for 2 days. Only gave it 4 stars because the gym is rubbish and that's why I booked that hotel in particular.

Fresh hotel, not far from the tram/train station and near a shopping area. Clean, well laid out, basic gym and friendly helpful staff. Would have got 5 stars if it hadn't been for the parking charges for guest.
