I'm a Burntisland local so can recommend Novellis. After a bad day at work nothing better than stopping here for a waffle. Two scoops of ice cream, sprinkles and cream
Customer service is non existent at this place.nWe'd already paid for 2 ice creams.nMy friend went in and asked to buy a cone for the tub I'd bought.nThey were not listened to and ordered to the back of the queue.nRude!nI will not be visiting this establishment again because of how my friend was spoken to.nLearn some manners and may consider giving you my business again but until then I will be stearing clear!
It's the nicest gelato shop I have visited so far - from east Kent to north Wales, and from Aberdeen to Portsmouth. Great work, keep it up guys, You are the best!
