What a fantastic lunch! Was my first visit but definitely not my last! Food was AMAZING! You wont leave hungry, portions were huge! Highly recommend the Smoked Haddock macaroni!! The staff were super friendly and entertaining! Already looking forward to my next visit!

Smashing friendly place and staff. Fabulous meal with large portions. If you can't finish your meal, staff are more than happy to wrap it up for you to take home. Will definitely be going back.
I had the mushrooms in panko breadcrumbs for starter then the steak pie & chips the food was delicious portion sizes are generous so didn't have a desert cannot fault anything staff were lovely will definitely be back. A must try for their lunch menu food was so tasty & filling you will not leave hungry

No questions asked the best meal for money in town. First time customer there as people know I say what I think pub grub exactly what I want on a night out. Bar staff/waitress was spot on. Bumped in to them after there shift in a different pub and bought them a drink.
Proper good old fashioned pub grub we have been a few times and will be back. Had different meals each time and haven’t been disappointed. Massive portions and good quality food at pretty reasonable prices.
Fantastic food. And good prices. Excellent service.x
