First of all, I will like to ask to Google to put the option of 0 star, because they do not even deserve one. Customer service was AWFUL. The entrance is broken so I had to call reception so that they could open the door. The disrespectful “police officer” that answered the called did not want to move his legs and open the door, even tho I called him more 10 times. After waiting for an hour from 5 to 6, which is their closing time I tried to put a complaint but when I asked the USELESS police officer I was talking to for his badge number he hanged up the phone.
The experience of central police office is such a nightmare. Someone has stolen my phone from my pocket but I was not even given an incidence number because I couldn't actually describe who has stolen my phone, including the name of the person who stole my phone, which is completely non-sense. If I know how to reach that person to get my stuff back, I won't call the police at all! To be honest, if you can't open a case for a crime and generate an incidence number to victims, then why Nottingham needs you for? Having been an international student in UK for 7 years, I have never come across such kind of unprofessional police at all. I phoned the call centre instead and they were very surprised, they sorted it out for me although they asked about my ethnicity, which I have never experienced before in any of the phone calls. Not being sensitive, but this makes me feel extremely terrible and feel discriminated. They sound like a joke. For the list of the link provided by the central police station, I input everything one by one, but it is useless. Without an incidence number there is nothing I can do. My wallet was stolen in late October last year, everything went smoothly and at last I found my wallet.
Only open during the working day, so if you have a busy working life there is no way to access the police station. And there is no way to post correspondence outside working hours. If you're going to exist as a paper-based bureaucracy you need to provide the proper access. Poor.
Rang this number repeatly after traffic lights outside my house failed. The number just keeps saying "unavailable at this time". They are the police someone should always be available. Then tried oxclose police station managed to speak the operator who told me she would putmr through to control, the phone just rang and rang for over 5 minutes so i gave up. Ive heard that our community chargeis being raise by 2.5% for police services. REALLY.
I have been in touch with the police about bailiffs .rossendale and marston bailiffs who are fake companies and use Nottingham city council and now have sent me a enforcement letter to say I owe £825.63 p council tax. I am warning you now that if you don't start an investigation a in to Nottingham city council a bailiff is going to end up with a sour head or worse and I wont be held responsible
Zero action after 4 robberies at a same location by the same criminal, and don't even want to meet the victim who can provide criminal's photo and location. I don't know if it is because of the victims are colored people or they are from Gotham.
My Dad parked his car outside this Police Station because he wanted his car to be safe, a few hours later my dad came back to his car and all four windows smashed open and some documents were stolen. My dad went and reported it to the police and the police said there is nothing we can do about it.
Can someone explain to me why there's an option, when you dial 101 to report noise abuse, to then be told it's a council issue?? What's the point?
Called firearms section to enquire about a firearms licence and got cut off without an answer. Thanks. Would not let me leave a no star rating.
Love how it's one rule for one person n another if your Nottingham police parking in disabled bays at qmc!!
