A tourism centre, with very dedicated and helpful staff. Come here as a first stop if you come to Nottingham and your a tourist.. and do not forget to book a trip to the city caves!!
The lady who served me was extremely busy as she was the only person working in the Travel Centre. She was, however, very polite and possessed good customer care skills. The Forest Shop, in contrast, was not busy at all, with four staff talking amongst themselves.
Nottingham tourism, hardly. Only Nottingham Forest is represented. I went looking for Nottingham souvenirs but there were hardly any anymore. Our city could do far better at marketing.
If I could give a big fat zero for yet another business such as this with their very poor unhelpful public service I would. Because like most, it appears that this business would rather slap the answerphone on at their earliest convenience than answer any queries the general public may have when in need of urgent help? And then when you have left your message they can't even be bothered to return your call? I mean what is the point of even having a contact number or even being there come to that? Furthermore everyday millions of people are flooding this country to either live or tour it. Goodness knows where they get assistance from in which to find out important information if this cannot be obtained by this supposedly helpful information centre that at one time previously when I was a young person, this was very supportive! Like everything nowerdays I guess , gone all to pot! Why on earth do people overseas want to come and move to this town? God only knows with the reputation of support, customer service and help and respect for the people who already live here and have both lived, worked and served for this country and town beats me?
Standing in line for a half an hour while the attendant works on the paperwork for a single person at a very slow pace. Meanwhile, someone else in the back doesn't bother to open a new window. I had to give up and go back to work. Nottingham is bankrupt for a reason.
It wasn't the lovely shop that sold all things Nottingham that I used to know. Very limited stock. Very busy when a crowd of students came in. The single person working there was very kind and patient. I'm from Nottingham, it's the first time I've been in town for ages. What a sad place it's become.
Brilliant store for all the information you need for sightseeing and tours in and around Nottingham. Also stocks Nottingham Forest FC kits and other merchandise. Bus and tram information including passes. Staff are helpful efficient and friendly
Nottingham is a magic city with a variety of things to do! You will never be tired! Plenty nightlife, great cuisine and warm people! Music & Art everywhere It is such a safe city too and the prices are affordable too! Come & visit us
Helpful staff and a colourful combination of everything that's Nottingham. Would suggest for first time visitors to the city.
