Absolutely shocking services nottingham city homes are not to be trusted. A full day job should have taken place on 31st January 8-6 and got lied to, it was to fix a damaged sinking bathroom floor. Twice now, I and my family have been messed around by these people. Got to say this is not the first or second, not exceptable. Definitely poor services carried out by the council. I have a severe disabled son whose needs are very severe I have to make special arrangements for my 22 year old son to be looked after when a job needs doing inside the home . When jobs are sent through to the repair centre, they aren't being carried out properly by the repairs team, i am being lied to, and this in any way or form isn't exceptable. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. Then I received a recorded call asking about how the repairs went talk about cheek after I called and explained I was lied to again about the repair that should have been a full day job. Got to say, though, it makes me laugh when the anserwing machine from the council says to treat working staff with courtesy and respect. Can i just say where's the tenant's courtesy and respect from the council its just a joke. Some have to pay full rent and full tax, and we receive no proper repairs or support or honesty from the council. Good enough to take your money but not good enough to carry out a proper honest day to day service.
Phoned up about damp and a major draft have to wait 3 months for damp test I have asthma and a baby in the house this should be a priority. And the draft didn't even get added on. Also called about my electrics tripping they blamed it on a bulb even tho it's been happening since I moved in
Very rude as my cooker is not working and all my electricity had gone . I'm a disabled person and she said as bought the cooker myself she could not help . But no help to get someone round to fix my electricity and gas not a good easter for myself alone and disabled.
Some Council Repair Van drivers need to learn to slow down when driving around the neighbourhood dangerous driving is not exceptable
Terrible customer service. Didnt offer ni help or solutions. Me and my son havnt had dno heating for 3 days.
Wow the reception lady was fantastic very helpful, approachable and friendly
NCH service is the worst water leaking from ceiling for the past 4 days every time I report they have been telling that we are aware of this but it seems they don't really care
A vile local housing provider, who discriminates against people with disabilities. Had problems with antisocial behaviour and the patch managers they hire are highly incompetent and do absolutely nothing about it. Currently complaining about situation but not going to hold my breath.
Ive been with NCH for a number of years now, and unfortunately the service has not got any better, the reason for my review today is because I reported a leak with my bath in October 2020, after months of chasing they arranged a plumber to attend in May 2021, the plumber attended and confirmed that there was a leak… I needed a new bath to be installed, they came the following week and what should have been a 4-5 hour job. They ripped out the leaky bath, ripped off the bath cover which wasn’t broken or needed to be ripped off, and the job ended up taking two days to just install the bath. To this date I still do not have a bath cover, and I have reported this with the call centre and they have confirmed a new bath panel will be installed on August 2021. The company as a whole is a shambles, outdated systems, poor communication, personally from my opinion it’s not fit for the 21st century.
I'd like to say what a pleasure it is to have two emergency council guys just come out to sort my fire alarms out. After a quick explanation they laughed straight away as they knew what the problem was. Clean, straight to the problem, job done. Thankyou guys & sorry I couldn't remember your names k allen Sherborne road
