Mark and Natalie were great at advising the right product for us, keeping us updated with the arrival of the order and then squeezing us in last minute before our sofas arrived.  Also Jack who fitted our floor was fantastic, took real care and attention in his work and left the room spotless when he was finished. Worst company ever avoid avoid avoid had 5 appointments only for them to call me last min to cancel or waiting in all day they don’t show up always same excuse someone called  Sick or too busy we’ll get more staff in that case!! Honest to god worse company I’ve ever come across don’t do for this company and waste your money and time avoid for big disappointment
