A nice sized garden centre with a cafe, although the queue for the cafe was really long. Plenty of parking and easily found off of the road with signs.. Toilets available.. Currently a large range of Christmas stuff. Animal area. Outdoor plants. A clothing area too. Hot tubs and swimming pools. A children's play area outside. Till service was fast and efficient with social distancing screens in place. A food area by the door which currently has a nice selection. Worth a ganda !!!

Lots to see and buy at Nottcuts, and not just garden essentials, there's kitchen stuff, food and drink and an aquarium centre. But the main thing in any garden centre is the range and quality of the plants and equipment and you won't be disappointed here. Lots of choice and all good quality. The cafe also passed with flying colours, service at the table, wide choice and passed the toasted tea cake and brew test! We have been coming here for many years and it is now bigger and better than ever.
Lovely garden centre. Lots of Christmas decorations and gifts. I would have given 5 stars if the restaurant experience had been better. The service was slow and the waitresses did not appear to be happy in their work. Gluten Free options were limited and the chicken caesar salad was disappointing.
Been here a few times and always go to the cafe, not much has changed with staff…working in hospitality myself is a really big deal when I go out to other places I expect service with a smile, possibly the odd 2 waitresses were smiley, this is a massive deal within the industry, PLEASE sort it out! be happy you have a job, food was alright, remember service with a smile!

Love looking round, seeing animals, plants, lots to look at, gifts, etc Cafe! not so good. Waited to be seated. Nothing. Started to move into cafe to find a seat, was glared at and told to wait. Shame, the staff that serve you are really nice.
Just wanted to say thank you to Dave for being very patient and kind with me whilst not only helping me choose my Christmas Tree today, but also with helping me figure out whether or not it would fit in my car, and then proceeding to help me put it in said car. Please can someone thank him again for me, and tell him it’s a good job we didn’t go for the taller tree as this one only just fits ha! Amazing service!! I’ll definitely be back! Thanks so much Sam
Very good, more than that food top marks, service, breakfast and lunch excellent choices for most taste. Car parking more than enough spaces. staff extremely friendly and very helpful. Food excellent especially the lunchtime menue and afternoon tea. Very worth a visit. Ben & Chelsea excellent team.
Went to the restaurant which was nice. Tables nicely spaced out so we felt safe from the Covid. Good food and service. All staff wore masks. Food and drinks left on a tray on another table attached to the end of our table for 6. One way in and one way out.
