Have really enjoyed many years with Becki doing Pilates. The classes are full of variety and cater for all levels with options to do more or less. The health benefits mean no more trips to the physio! At 70 I am now in better shape than ever! Becki has a Lovely personality who cares for us all. Amusing and fun.
