I have been taking my car to them since new, they are very helpful and easy to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommend them.
Very pleased with the service I received. Ordered a part for my car, it came in, they arranged for painting and also fitted it for me when I went to collect it. Nice friendly staff who kept me advised at all times.
Been coming here for four years with my Skoda and have been super impressed with the service here. Friendly, with clear communication and expectation setting, and very trustworthy. I'd even consider my next car based on being able to get it serviced here. Highly recommended.
It's hard to put my finger on it but they're....just ok. I've taken my car in for various services and minor issues and there's always something not quite right. They say they'll call back at 2 but I end up having to call back at 4 and 4:15 to get an update. There's something a bit dodgy, price-wise, about the quote for new tyres. I had to take my car back three times for a light that kept coming on on the dashboard - hilariously the service guy just said all I needed to do was reset it and that would fix the problem! Sort of passive-aggressive customer service. Overall, like I say, just a C- grade. Typical motor trade attitudes. It's not *quite* bad enough that I'd drive the extra 30 mins to another Skoda service place so I keep going back. Presumably they survive because there's not much competition.
I don't normally leave reviews but since I bought my octavia vrs 3 years ago these guys have been superb. Customer service and courtesy calls, updates etc are great, they advise the cheapest option even though I'm a petrol head and insist on the full works and they never mind when I pop in to change a fuse or things like that. Very friendly garage and one of few I trust.
Had my car MOT'd here, very friendly and courteous service, completed on time and they even washed the car.
This is my first car in UK and I have had a brilliant customer service experience from everyone I have dealt with this week. My car Skoda Fabia was collected I recently broke my arm but this was offered regardless I was sent a message with a video link of the health check carried out and my car delivered back before 4pm. I have worked in the motor industry previously for 4 years and the customer experience has improved leaps and bounds! So pleased... Thank you to everyone at Wimbledon Park Honda!
1st annual service for my Skoda Rapid Spaceback and my first visit to Norton Way Skoda. The customer service was friendly and helpful, and also offered a complimentary car pick-up/drop-off from home for next time. The oil and filter were changed. The service was carried out promptly and the car was ready by 3pm as requested.
Friendly and efficient experience taking our Skoda Yeti for its second annual service & MOT. Delighted to be offered a courtesy car a Honda Jazz for the day and even more pleased to get the call to collect the car earlier than expected and the whole thing cost less than last year. Nice extra touch was the link to a video of the under-car inspection. Well done Domenik and everyone else at Norton Way Skoda/Wimbledon Park Honda
