Northwood Truro have always offered a superior quality service since I started renting from them over 4 years ago.  Having had mediocre experiences with most estate agents,  we found Northwood to be much more caring, friendly, detailed and personal in their approach towards customer service.   They will not hesitate to go out of their way to assist you in searching for a suitable property for your needs. Maintenance issues are dealt with promptly. They are flexible and always give their best to offer great value for both tenants and landlords.  Northwood's manager, Roger is a sincere, generous, courteous and responsible professional who will ensure all transactions and dealings be done pleasantly and efficiently together with his superbly-trained team of lovely staff members.  As a customer, I would like to thank Northwood for all their help and kindness over the years and will continue to enjoy renting with them in the future.  I sincerely wish them the very best in growth and prosperity - They will always be my first choice in Cornwall!

As a first time landlord it can be a bit of a minefield, I had heard positive comments about Northwood from a few people I know on both the letting and renting side of things, so decided to approach them. I have found the team at Northwood to be extremely efficient and very responsive to any requests from the tenants and myself regarding any maintenance issues which have been necessary from time to time, these are always dealt with swiftly and professionally, allowing me the freedom to not get too involved. Thank you Northwood!

Great professional service from the whole team at Northwood Truro. We rented through them for a year and a half and would highly recommend their services to anyone. They have always been friendly, fair and very easy to contact whenever we have had a problem or question.

What a professional and friendly team to work with! Northwood Truro have both sold and rented out houses for me - they are efficient and get property moving quickly. They have found me excellent tenants and their advice and attention to detail is faultless. They provide guidance and help throughout the process and are really knowledgeable, managing to pay attention to the needs of both the landlord and the tenant. I would throughly recommend Northwoods, whether you are selling or renting your property - I would never go anywhere else!

Northwood in Truro seem to mean what they say in terms of a Landlord's needs.  It might be old fashioned to say it, but Northwood's type of "quality delivery" is the most likely factor to help grow the length of time that exists in a great working relationship.
