I love their service! The guys came in at 9am in the morning and started moving stuff straight away. Everyone one was so friendly and kind, they dismantled my furniture and packed my items nicely and perfectly.Their organisation is excellent ! The receptionist was so lovely and kind and helped me in every best possible way. On moving day, my car broke down and the team was so kind and helped me pick up my new keys from the estate agent. They are trustworthy and reliable. I definitely recommend. They said they will fix my furniture when I'm ready which is excellent and they will come anytime. I'm very happy with their service a 10/10 from me. I recommend this company to anyone who wants to have a stress free move. Thank you so much Northwest Removals!
Absolutely brilliant!! Used this company in June 2018 to do a house removal from a 5 bed house to 2 smaller houses. We had A LOT of stuff to move and it was a very stressful time. From the minute they turned up, they put us at ease and stopped our panicking! They really knew what they were doing and worked quickly and calmly. They provided advice throughout the process and dealt with any issues that arose extremely professionally and efficiently. I can't praise them enough. We had no issues at all with the work they did, if anything the service was better than we'd expected. And the price was by far the most competitive from the 3 companies we got quotes from. We would definitely use this company again and would recommend to anyone.
Fantastic job by all. The packers who came on the first day were great, and blitzed everything we hadn’t manage to pack ourselves quickly and neatly. However, the team who moved everything out of old house, and into our new one were amazing, dealing with the awkward access and rain while moving out brilliantly, and then speedily unloading into our new house. I was slightly worried about how much they had to unpack on the final afternoon, but couldn’t believe it when they said they had finished so quickly. We were recommended to them by a work colleague, and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone else who was after the service.
