Northwest Plumbing Solutions

We relocated to the North West last year from another part of the country. Our new house was in need of a full central heating system inc. boiler, having only previously had electric storage heaters installed downstairs. Not being from the area at all or knowing which companies to trust, we found Northwest Plumbing Solutions through Google and met with Mike (as well as several other companies). Mike's quote was very competitive and we considered it good value for money. Mike also really impressed us with his openness and transparency when breaking down the quote into exactly what we were getting for the price, as well as giving us additional advice based on his experience. Mike and his team carried out the work within the agreed time frame, and I feel they went above and beyond with the work. Their attention to detail and quality of the work was excellent, and we are thrilled with our heating system. They even came back twice a few weeks later at our request to remove then reattach the new radiators so that we could wallpaper behind them - without charging us any extra! The system has now been installed for a year and works like a dream. I really can't recommend Mike and his team enough, and I doubt we will ever use another plumbing company.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Great price for my new boiler. I just left them the keys and went on holiday. The job was completed to a high standard. They cleaned up the mess and even came round the Sunday evening to show us how to use it. Would highly recommend and use again.

Our old boiler had died just few days after Christmas. We found Mike recommended by friends and were very happy with his professional service and competitive price. He spent with us more than an hour explaining entire process and recommending suitable boiler (Bosh). Installation was done in one day as he promised and few weeks later all paperwork followed as well. An efficient and friendly service which is good value for money. I have used Northwest Plumbing Solutions for a number of years, and I have always been extremely happy with the service. Mike offers explanations, where necessary, and his work is always to a high standard. Very clean and tidy too! I would highly recommend them.

I use Northwest Plumbing Solutions for the servicing of my boiler. they also installed the boiler in my buy to let property which they now service and provide the landlord's gas safety certificate. They text me when the service is due and always arrive promptly for appointments. Mike is very helpful and I would recommend Northwest Plumbing Solutions without hesitation.
