Brilliant customer service. Fixed my car at very good price and it was ready for collection within a few days. After going to a lot of garages and getting ripped off and poor customer service. This place is my new go to garage.  Thanks once again.

Chris and his team were great. I have an old Audi A8 which had a simple headlight bulb go out. None of the chain garages could fix it and the cheaper ones wouldn't even try. I even went to Audi official who wanted to charge me £600. NW BMW did it for less than half and had it done in an hour. Great all round

Had a warning light on my VW Golf after the replacement of the battery by another local garage who couldn’t fix it after two attempts so I phoned Northwest Bloor Motorworks for advice. They suggested I bring it in for them to have a look at. They took it into the workshop straight away and within 15 mins it was fixed, brilliant.. and they didn’t charge which I thought was amazing! Top garage, I’ll definitely be using Northwest Bloor Motorworks in future.

Fantastic service - they managed to fit my car in quickly, provided me with a courtesy car which in the end I didn’t need as the car was fixed in 10 minutes! Would highly recommend- hubby’s car already book in for the new year. 5star service indeed

14/10/23. Booked my car in here following a recommendation. My BMW 220i active tourer required a  major service. My car has now been serviced as per BMWs servicing requirements and the idrive updated accordingly to reflect this. Happy with the overall service and cost. I will definitely be using this garage again.

Got my oil service last year very good price so booked in for a full service this year. Went to pick my car up and the lovely man said my wheel arms are broke think that’s what he said haha and moved my car so I could see and the wheel looked like it was hanging off. So luckily he could keep the car and do the work. Asked me if the timing belt had been done and I checked all my paperwork with no record of it so had this done too and my back window washer fixed. So while my car was there for four days I got to borrow one of their cute little Kia Picantos which was fun haha : Anyway, a week or so later I couldn’t put my car into second or fourth gear so booked it in but was over a week away so was worried sick thinking what’s this going to cost me… so dropped my car off borrowed one of theirs and within 40 mins had a phone call, my car was fixed and no charge to me. Chuffed to bits : Love this garage and highly recommend. I will never go anywhere else and it does help it’s 2 mins from my home haha :Service:&nbsp;General repairs &amp; maintenance

Had a very knackered Golf with various faults. Probably would have cost me more than the car is worth to fix had I taken it to a Volkswagen dealership but was all sorted relatively cheaply with these guys. Paul was brilliant. Kept me informed with regular phone calls and was excellent in diagnosing the faults.  Will definitely use again, even when I decide to get a new car.Services:&nbsp;Electrical repair

Driving into the office and my 911 GTS starts making a horrific noise, some part of the under tray / brake ducting had unclipped and was dragging along the floor, lucky I was near by bloors motor works who iv used in the past for my M4 and the partners mini cooper!  It was late on a Friday afternoon so wasn’t very hopeful that id be able to get some help,  The guys at bloors were amazing, zero hassle took the key off me and stuck it on the ramp, the part just need clipping back on and securing with some jubilee clips, within 5 mins I was on my way with the issue resolved.  All previous dealings with them and equally been to a very high standard!  Great family run business!
