Lovely walk, through well looked after area. Lots of parking spaces. Be even better when cafe opens up again
Lovely area to walk around or sit and watch the world go by! Quite interesting to see the coal mining too from the top of the ladys face
Such a stunning location, a credit to Banks Mining. Extinction Rebellion should be ashamed, they have destroyed the uk’s coal production without changing the country’s demand for coal, meaning we now have to buy our coal from Russia creating 100 times more Co2 pollution to have it shipped
I didn't think there was too much there to be honest, it's different and a unique design and would Probably be nice in the summer to go with your family and have a nice picnic. This is also free to visit so if your looking for something cheap to do would be a nice place to take the kids.
Excellent place to take the kids, to get some fresh air and stretch their little legs.
Great place for all the family including the dogmust be kept on lead. Lovely for a walk and exploring for the children. Also has a nice cafe. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful and interesting woodland and countryside walks over and around The Lady of the North. Gorgeous northumberland views from her highest spots with lots of open air space for children to run around. Best of all is free admission and parking. Small shop, cafe and toilets too.
