What an absolutely terrible service. Our puppy had a sore eye and the vet suspected it was a scratch, after paying £175 for a consultation, a pain killer and some eye drops, we were told to return the following day to make sure, as they hadn't actually seen the scratch. We were told there would be no extra charges for the return visit. We were then charged a further £75. So, all told we have paid £250 for an unseen scratched eyeball on a 6 month old puppy. Choose another vets.

Jodie who made our girl comfortable again by removing a malignant mass from her mouth.....Spent time with follow up phone call explaining the situation to us now n options for us moving forward ...We are so grateful for all that was done... n care shown .....making her comfortable n giving us a little bit more quality time with our beautiful girl .Many thankyous to all the team at Alnorthumbria Vets Morpeth , Sheila n Tony Davison n LILLY
They treated our horse. Which was good. Then after customer service has been evil. They try to get extra money when bills been paid long ago. Due to them our insurance company wouldn't settle vet claim. So be wary if you want to get your insurance to settle.
It’s took me 3 years to write this because I’ve been so ill and traumatised after your vet Helen lawlor murdered our 11 month old puppy. She came in with severe respiratory problem which needed urgent attention ARDS but your nurse gave her stomach pills and said it was just stress due to fireworks. To cut a long story short and several frantic phone calls over a 3 day period you had absolutely no idea what to do. With ards you have 48 hours to act fast. I kept telling you but you wouldn’t listen. I’m a dog groomer of 30 years and much more experienced than your nurse. Helen had absolutely no idea !!! The next vet was absolutely disgusted at how we had been treated and so was Edinburgh! Since all this I have lots of stories about your practice and I will be going to the press. The fact you never sent a bill says it all. This surgery was responsible for a beautiful little girl and our shattered family. If anyone needs further information please get in touch. And please don’t respond with your silly get in touch as you don’t care one bit. I bet you though we would just go away like every other customer you have causes harm to but I’m not scared of you or your nasty management!!
This was the most horrible experience of my life! Vets are usually kind hearted, but here they are clueless, rude, with zero empathy! Very dissatisfied
Need to do a shout out for Josh who works on Reception at Morpeth… His customer service is second to none, he goes above and beyond to help the neediest of customers, like myself… I am a proper pest at times but he never makes me feel like I am, that’s a skill that cannot be taught !
Thanks to all at alnorthumbria vets for looking after my Molly 14 years old black lab which we miss so much. Big thanks to the vet and the receptionists for the outstanding service and communication and the support for caring for Molly and the kind words we received. Kindest regards Alan and Trish.
Took our dog in for unplanned c section after she started having difficulty at home. Philippa was fantastic . Calm and caring with us ,we were a bunch of nervous wrecks . 9 healthy pups now 9 days old . Thankyou xx
