Do not use this company unless you are ready to pay thousandths of pounds for minor scratches that any other company will consider as wear and tear. Worst service ever !!!

Despite arriving at the opening time of 8am it took 1 hour to drop my hired van off. Then they accused me of damaging the van. Waiting and hour and being insulted is the last straw. Will never use again, and I would advise people to go else where. Also, whilst there someone also waiting for a van who had booked in advance was told there booking did not go through and no van was available. They are moving home, an added stress they could have done without. Disgusting organisation.

They gave me a van with faulty brakes (this was diagnosed by the AA), virtually no oil & knife blades in the glovebox (the knife blades were from a previous hirer but they didn't clean or even clear the vehicle out). Then when I complained they didn't even contact me, I chased them up & they still haven't contacted me, absolutely disgusting service & unroadworthy vehicles AVOID
