The staff were friendly and kind, big thanks to Alesia and Chris, big thank you to both. The van was clean and fresh upon pick up.nBouns: free coffee machine with lots of options
Not the best place to try making a business. If the van is in the service for a long period of time, they still charge you the rental fee and you have to wait months for the refund. My van was broke down on 02 November 2022 and ready for collection on 09 February 2023, they just refunded me for november and december 2022 and now no one respond to emails for the rest of 2 months.nnAlso a van was returned and i had to get back the £800 deposit, one month passed and no one reply again to any email.nI logged a complaint regarding a staff who started the van in gear and hitting me with van, i was told i will get a respons in 5 working days, after 1 and a half month nobody respond AGAIN to any email.nnPlease, avoid as much as you can, customer service is horrible at least in Egham branch.
Great staff ..excellent service
The staff on the front counter were great. This is a very busy depot and it was heaving on my last visit. Parking is tough to find at best
The staff at this branch are absolutely spot on. And really reliable truthful honest. I highly recommend them if you need to hire a van . I'd actually give them a ten out of ten
