Why does the lady staff at reception have to be rude early morning when i asked a very simple question. It kinda spoils your day when you start for a journey and you hear people being so rude for no reason. Being polite doesn’t cost anything.
Nice free and convenient parking, quite well maintained. The security isn't great but CCTV is in operation. Also, there definitely not enough spaces for the demand on a week day so it is highly unlikely that you will get a space if you arrive after 9am and before 4pm on any week day.
Weekdays mornings the parking is always full if you not there early morning going to work. I will suggest anytime after 9:30am week days get other means of transport to the station so you don’t miss your train while looking for where to park.
Needs a total revamp the track side and platforms need a gardener touch to Make it look better same as the rest of the stations on the line
fine for travel but way out of the station towards west heath and church hill is very unsightly due to the litter and rubbish on the bank behind the railings along the road. wondered how often litter is picked up here. it should be a regular part of the maintenance of the station
