If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely con artist! Told me one thing on the phone, I brought the car down. They told me they would be in touch, then they telling me something else. I brought car down again. The price they was saying was a joke. Then they charged me for a diagnostic test. Costing higher than what people have paid on here. Truth is they knew exactly what was wrong with the car from the start. In the end I got the job done else where, which was over £200 cheaper. Car company won't get anywhere scamming people, especially woman. You will always get exposed. The lady on the phone makes the lies sounds believable. Don't let her talk you into anything!! 0 stars from me!!!!!!

After using this garage for many years and being very happy, we will never return. Paid for full service. Brake fluid left under minimum and steering pump fluid left at minimum, dust left in rear brake drums, door hinges, locks and front bonnet catch not greased, and these are the things we can see are not done, what about the things we can't see. There is no checklist to show what work has been done. Charged for repairs costing over £250 which we have since found out were not required, and told there was an urgent repair for a water leak which we also paid £49 for a diagnostic check to find it. We chose to go to another garage who quoted us more than £100 less for the repair, only to find the diagnostic that we had paid for had not found the fault and the leak was coming from somewhere else on the engine and that the repair was not needed. You are also asked to write a review before you leave, how can you know if they have done a good job if you haven't even got into your own car?

Twice over a period of a couple of months I phoned for a price of a car battery. On both occasions I was told she would phone me back in half an hour and on both occasions she never did! On the second occasion I even told her she hadn't phoned me back the time previously and got her to verify my phone number but not even a courtesy call back. Do they really want the business! If I could give zero stars I would.

Disappointing when a garage you have used in the past tries to con you into having unnecessary work done. Claimed brake discs needed replacing when mot had just been passed the week before with no advisories. Also claimed water pump leaking when I knew to not be the case.

Bought a used car where I was misled over the service history. As a consequence will not be returning to the garage for servicing.
