I live in the United States and wanted to surprise my wife with some flowers in Manchester at a hotel while on a work trip. Northern Flower quickly answered all my emails and was patient with me. They hand-wrote the note and were able to deliver the flowers same day to the hotel. The flowers are vibrant, fresh and full of fragrance. Thank you, Northern Flower!

From one Rowan to another! My shopping experience was fab. The service was personal, friendly and fun - even in the 5-to-closing mad rush of collection orders on Valentines Day. The flowers were perfect. Each Gerbera stem had even been wire-wound to stop it from drooping too soon. A very happy customer.

Only went here as my regular florist was closed but I was pleasantly surprised. I'm in love with the bouquet the girl made with ease and got compliment all the way up the street. Well worth a visit.

Went in here today, very loose idea of arrangement for my Dad's funeral, should have got the girl's name but didn't. Even as I was leaving the shop I was thinking I must put a review on line. The girl had real people skills and made an arrangement that summed up my Dad and his love of nature which surpassed my expectations. The shop itself is beautiful and they have a vast array of flowers, grasses and pot plants some of which I had never seen before. Love the place and if the girl who dealt with me is the standard of any other staff, magnificent. Will be going back for things for my house.

Superbly friendly ordered flowers always delivered on time and when I went into the store were very welcoming and helpful with flower requests
