I ordered a repeat prescription from my GP this morning and by 4pm this afternoon the items were delivered to me on my doorstep by Northbrook Pharmacy - you can't do better than that!! Thank you Northbrook, brilliant and helpful service always.

I thought that it was time to update my review of this wonderful pharmacy with it's wonderful staff. Nobody finds it more irritating than I do when in receipt of poor and miserable customer service, in fact it is one of my pet hates in life. I am more than pleased to say that in over 6 years I have NEVER once received that kind of poor service from Northbrook, from the first day I walked in I was greeted by the friendly and ultra caring staff, Julie was the first staff member I encountered on that day and she set the tone of a welcoming more than friendly atmosphere for that and every other visit I have made to this fantastically run pharmacy, I apologise for the names I miss out but I include every single staff member in my praise for this place but I have to mention those I have encountered on a regular basis, along with Julie there is Salim, David, Anna, Maddie and like I say everybody else too, I cannot say enough good words but a few that spring to mind are, very welcoming, super friendly, uber caring, nothings too much trouble, fantastic, brilliant to name but a few. I'd like to extend my sincere thanks to you all for your continued perfect customer service and that comes from not only myself but my wife and 2 daughters who also use this incredible place, thank you one and all
My daughter from Manchester has been staying with us, and she was taken ill this week. Also her newborn needed new formula because of the extended stay. Karen at Northbrook went about and beyond the call to help us, she couldn't have done more. And Northbrook have been a lifeline with their delivery service for my husband's medicines during lockdown. A huge thank you to all, especially Karen!
My thanks to the gentleman on your staff who arranged for my prescription to be transferred and held until I could come and collect it.
I have not had problems with Northbrook personally but my girlfriend has had comically bad treatment every single time. Her prescriptions are usually wrong or incomplete and today, despite the fact she requested her medication in advance and NEEDED to collect them, they refused.....and were rude to her on the phone. She has quite complex medical issues which are clearly too difficult for the pharmacy to deal with. She is facing a whole weekend of terrible pain now unless we can sort out some emergency meds for her. What an absolute JOKE!
saleem and Julie aimed to please both friendly helpful and give 100%.ive come to this pharmacy for around 8years with me and the family and no bad experience had. Any uncertainties about anything theyll help and give you advise no matter how busy they ARE. all the staff are friendly fast service when waiting for prescriptions . Many thanks all x
