The man failed to clean our blocked drain.  He ran over the half hour by 5 minutes and so charged us double.  He said it's the way it works and billed us £170 for not doing the job.  It wouldn't have been so irritating if he'd charged us the £85 quoted, apologized for not being able to clear the drain, and left.  I think in future, I will book a nationwide company.  Stay clear (no pun intended) from this company.
