Lovely place. Staff warm and welcoming. Facilities were decent. Will be back again!
Lovely old ground , not pretty but functional . Friendly staff , good seating , close to the action wherever you sit . Watch out for flying cricket balls , there are plenty of sixes at this venue . Easy to park , never had a problem in all the 50 years I've been going . I strongly recommend a visit .
Failed to notify ticket holders of a cancelled match. Then refused to take responsibility, in spite of issuing the tickets themselves. Mistakes are forgiveable - but arrogance is definitely not. Once bitten, twice shy. Especially when this club's prices are relatively high for a fairly ordinary venue
Loved watching England ladies play against Pakistan. Fantastic venue full of carachter and history. Great selection of food available and plenty of bars and facilities. Very friendly staff all around.
