The streets, buildings, and trees covered in white snow create a breathtaking view and a very soothing vibe.nnThe snowfall adds a special charm, making the surroundings look fresh and serene. It’s a moment that brings joy, reflection, and appreciation for nature’s beauty. Watching the snow fall here feels like a blessing and a reminder of how peaceful and beautiful the world can be.

The place is nice and clean with recent improvement around .nNot so many coffee shops and the sitting area isn't so large.nThe station also provides good accessibility options, including step-free access and disabled toilets which I think makes it a welcoming place for everyone.

Northampton station is modern & clean with good amenities and services to London/Birmingham. Downside is its location — it’s a fair walk from the town centre, so factor in extra time if you’re heading into town.

It was easy to navigate between platforms and train timings. There are also shops like WHSMITH and others. The are ticket machine that are easily available as well as free ATM machine too.

The staff on the information desk could not have been more helpful and kind - above and beyond exceptional customer care. Helped me sort a really difficult situation out - absolutely brilliant people. Thank you so much!
