North Warwickshire Borough Council is decent for a small district. Bins get emptied, planning is straightforward, and the website works. Customer service can be slow, and fly-tipping is an issue. But for council tax rates, the basics are covered. Could improve communication, but overall, okay for daily needs.
I got up this morning to random plug sockets and lights not working, no signs of life from my boiler either, so no heating or hot water, I tried to sort things myself but couldn't so called the council, within an hour, I had an electrician come and he sorted the problem closely followed a gasman both lovely, friendly and sociable men. I'm all sorted now, Thank you to our brilliant council, I am really grateful to all involved..
Already have ASBO ref no. Just spoke to 'young girl' who couldn't find it She issued me with a new no. She also suggested I called police ‍nHELLO........did that in 1st placenGET TOGETHER PEOPLE & STOP WEED SMOKING DRUG DEALERS FROM USING STREET LAMP BY MY BACK GATE.nSadly I don't expect a response to this

Appalling service! Sick of having additional bags of recycling by my bin every week! Ordered and paid for an additional red bin, never arrived!!! Bin men never take the additional bags of recycling because apparently it has to be in clear ‘see through’ bags as people hide food/garden waste in there! Well I DONT anyone can tell by the weight of the bag there is only cans and jars in there!! WHERE IS MY WHEELIE BIN THAT IVE PAID FOR?? seems very on sided when dealing with these people! If u want to get in contact with them be sure to set at least an hour aside and don’t expect to have your problem to be resolved!
