Super please with my stove install. Looks great and works even better. Apine by Chesneys. Few years ago we used this company for the flue installation flexible liner for our existing chimney stack and the stove worked perfectly 3 years without a hiccup. This year we chose to change our stove for a newer, cleaner wood burning stove and it went excellently! The service provided by the team was great, starting from the office who did my quote at a lightning speed I did call first to discuss, and obtained my stove promptly, ending with the fast, tidy and professional work done by the installer. I would recommend!
Bought a Deluxe Picnic Bench from North Wales Stoves. Sadly within two months two slats of wood on the table had warped . I contacted the company by e mail and there initial response was instant and they seemed keen to resolve the issue . However , I had to contact them again before I received a further reply and was told that I should have applied oil . I explained that a member of their staff had informed us that the wood had been pressure treated and no further treatment was needed . To address the warp I was advised to soak the wood and hopefully it would straighten it up . I feel they should of at least offered to replace the warped wood . It's a shame as the picnic bench had appeared well built
Got 3 quotes from local traders. This one was by far the most efficient knowledgeable and got back to us very quickly with our enquiries. Installer was equally as efficient and pleasant as sales room. Love the finished product.
