NWP have done a fantastic job for us! They supplied and fitted the decking under the timescale quoted. On the day within 6 hours they arrived, built and completed the work to an incredibly high standard and left the site spotless. Not only were they very efficient and capable they were also really nice guys and a pleasure to deal with as are everyone at North Wales Plastics. We had previously bought a bespoke set of caravan steps for another caravan that we own - it was the quality of these that influenced our decision to use them for our decking and we have not been disappointed. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I would like to thank Gareth and his staff for a brilliant job recently done on my lodge. I have had a full wrap around balcony fitted with privacy glass and the rear has been extended to allow me room for my gorgeous new hot tub! From my first enquiry call through to planning, delivery and fitting I cannot fault this company for their service and professionalism and will be recommending them to others on the caravan park every chance I get. All I need now is the weather to improve to enjoy it all! 10/10 and sincere thanks to you all.

Me and my family love the decking and professional edge it all has! The staff are especially kind, I had to call the company last week about an enquiry and my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly by Billie, lovely customer service and great products

I would never recommend or use their service ever again . I paid £8,000 for my decking October 2016 , I bought a new van so needed different decking. They said I would get replacement of like for like ., but what I got was second hand decking of very poor quality by NWP . I have tried to get help for the last three months , when I call nobody is there to speak to me and they say they will return my calls but never do . Please be warned , if I could upload the pictures I would . Do not use NWP Honest and integrity is not one of their policies, don't waste your money please .
