I used to use this place all the time. It has a great gym. However what made me leave was the opening and closing times. It just couldn't fit in around my work and the times I needed the gym for. But as a starter I loved it. The staff were always nice and helpful and the gym itself was generally clean. Well much cleaner than the gym I use now. 
The one downside of it though is the mixed changing rooms for the swimming pool. Maybe it's changed since I've left. However that used to make me feel uncomfortable. Otherwise a nice and friendly place to workout.

Good swimming pool, took my young children early in hope for a quiet play in small pool. We couldn't access it due to swimming lessons, disappointed children didn't want to wait 2 hours for swim in small pool

Facilities are okay for the membership price. Maintenance is just quite disappointing especially on the pool area. Generally needs good renovation and regular clean. Pool area is a bit chilly especially in the morning. Don't mind coming here cause of distance but would be nice if things improve.

Good facilities to the eye. Your average leisure centre really. Food is shocking! As with most council run spaces, health is not on the menu!

My grandson has swimming lessons here. Great place for children and adults to exercise. Plenty of things to do and activities to participate in.
