Toilets use to be nice and clean but it's far from it now. Some people have no respect and decide to trash them. They absolutely stink, some are out of order, another one had white powder or whatever it is all over the floor, another one had a pile of wet toilet roll bundled on the floor and the disabled toilet had no toilet roll in the holder instead it was just dumped on the floor, dirty.
Perfect place to sit and wait for your bus. The toilets are very clean. Security guard was polite. Plenty seats.
Went there today & NONE of the toilets had toilet roll & the disabled toilet stank! A few were out of order. This was disgraceful!& my partner is disabled & there was a queue.
A complete magnet for anti-social behaviour mainly from young louts and screaming teenage girls. The security guard I saw there is of no use and a target for mockery. It already looks grubby and is a place to avoid especially at night.
This is the worst public structure ever constructed in my humble opinion. It is NOT a Transport Hub, it does Not Connect with Rail Not Metro. It is a superfluous Bus Station.The signs were designed by someone who has No Understanding of Visual Impairment. The signs are Too High, with Small Writing, totally Unsuitable for the Visually Impaired.
