What a fantastic service! From the quote to moving day. The guys were spot on. We moved from a 4 bed in Horning to a 5 bed in Potter. They turned up on time and we we're fully moved in by 1pm the same day. Will use again, and have already recommended
From start to finish Nick and his team took over, boxes, crates and wrapping paper. All items carefully wrapped and packed, boxes taped and identified. The Van's were packed and the move to the new house was made better by the good weather, at the new house the Van's were unloaded, we said good by and thank you. Now all the unloading has been done, nothing broken or damaged not complaining. Well done and thank you.

Terrible experience. Everything was fine until I wanted to come and collect my things. They were my possessions, but mainly my dead mothers. I had no choice other than to put it in storage as I moved overseas. I called to arrange a time and day to travel back and pick up the stuff, they told me they are not self storage, I understood that but still needed to collect my things. The woman i spoke to Carole was so unnecessarily rude, she would not reply to my emails, she would not send me the specifications of the unit so I could transfer the stuff to a self storage place, and she hung up the phone on me numerous times. I understood it was not self storage but that didn’t change the fact that I have to collect my stuff. My family have all passed so their suggestion to move it all back into someone’s house was not possible. I then spoke to another gentleman who proceeded to shout at me continuously for five minutes, they both were unable to have an adult conversation and talk to me normally. I have never experienced this kind of rudeness from any business. This was already a difficult task for me to come all the way back from overseas and collect my dead mums belongings and they made it a hundred times more stressful. Avoid these people at all costs!!!!!!!!!

The company were brilliant throughout. Unfailingly cheerful on the day itself and really careful with our expensive bikes. Carol was supportive before the event answering my questions and giving really helpful advice with our packing
