Second time using this Garage and treated fairly both times. Always welcoming and seem to go the extra mile. Don't think they are the cheapest around, but i'm happy to go back to them as given good advice about issues that didn't actually need fixing but other garages might have tried to. Excellent service. Car was leaking oil so I rang in the morning and they said to take it in for them to have a look in the afternoon. After a look they told me there was a damaged part which they'd be able to replace that same afternoon. They took the car in and 90 mins later called me to pick up. Car was fixed and they didn't charge me because it was a cheap part that took them no time to replace. Top service. So refreshing to not be gouged. I was expecting to pay and would have happily paid £50-100 for their time and expertise.Service: General repairs & maintenance
Pretty brutal experience. £455 on brand new catalytic converter, exhaust mid and rear section, and gaskets. Today failed MOT because "Rear Exhaust has a major leak of exhausted gasses 6.1.2a. So essentially paid 455 for another problem. I can't speak to their other work, this however was abysmal. It's kind of sad how shady garages are in this day and age. Nothing like motivation to become your own mechanic though! Save your money and find a friend or family member if you're lucky. Garages all seem to be very flawed these days. Probably best to avoid this one anyway.Service: General repairs & maintenance
Fantastic Garage. Honest, fair price, and have always gone out their way to try accommodate any problem that has cropped up on my Skoda Octavia VRS. I could not recommend North Jesmond Garage enough, very friendly staff also!!
Service and MOT done here, more expensive than other places in the local area for what was done. Customer service decent but felt like I was an inconvenience dropping my car off. Will probably head elsewhere for my next service and MOT. 3/5 due to price and what little interaction I had.

They sorted the ignition coils and plugs on our Mini. Fast turnaround, reasonable price and very professional service. Highly recommended.
Outstanding garage. They’ve previously dropped my car back to me around the corner and have even come out to boost my car battery when it died. They always stuck to quotes even on one occasion when it cost them far more. Great guys.
Friendly professional service. They fixed a problem with my car that other garages had failed to fix. I highly recommend them.
Helpful, honest, reliable garage ! Booked in my daughter’s car as she’s a Uni student and we thought it had an electrical problem. Nothing found, just replaced headlamp bulb for a very modest sum which we were very grateful for.
