Very pleased with service. The biggest commercial Vans etc Mercedes Benz dealership in Wales spent 8 hours trying to change my seized / clunking engine mount on my Viano. 2 independent garages in Wales / Cornwall then failed to remove it and gave up. I was staying in Globe Vale caravan site near North Country Garage so gave them a try. They had it changed and two new ones fitted in a few hours. Vehicle has been noise free for 6 weeks so very pleased with the service and £1000 cheaper than the Benz dealership. I am not 100% sure of the engineer name, may be Jordan...
I've had several mots and work carried out on my car here and have never had a problem until today. Booked my car in at 10:30, dropped it off just before to then be told all mechanics are on a job and cant look at it until 3.5 hours later, annoyed but accepted it and left my car there all day, 4.5 hours later I rang to see if any updates, 10 minutes later get a phone call to say the problem isn't what they think it is and they can't look at it for another 2 weeks because they don't have the time. I appreciate mechanic's are busy but why book and accept a job in if you can't look at it for hours especially when it took them 10 minutes to find the fault. No care, appreciation or customer service and just came across like they didn't care. Never mind leaving my car in the most unsafe place leaving me to reverse out onto a blind main road when I have a young child. I'll take my custom and money to someone who does care.

Great service, fast and reliable. Called to book my car to have some minor work done as I didn't have a working Door, was able to book an appointment the next day, also got the car MOT'd, failed unfortunately, but was given lots of information and price was incredible for the amount of work and effort that had to go into fixing the car. Was done quickly and efficiently and my car sounds lovely and runs like a dream.
Absolute joke of a garage, eventually enough monkeys with typewriters will type the entire work of Shakespeare but In this case it's enough monkeys with testers manuals still can't perform an examination. We spent 8 days welding my wagon, a job done right as it is my home, finished it all off with seam sealer and a fresh lick of paint on my nice new bare metal undercarriage. A sight of pure heaven to be beholded by any tester. Tester refused to test my vehicle due to there be sealer and paint on my newly welded floor. This was not an advised repair, this was the first time this garage had seen my wagon and the correct protocol would be pass and advise. He had tried to rip the panels off to no avail because the are seam welded on and still refused to test. This was not an advised repair and the testers manual clearly states pass and advise. I do not spend over a week welding my van to leave it exposed and ready to rust. Absolute incompetence, do not take your van/camper to this place.
Excellent garage and service. Very friendly, helpful family business. I had an oil leak while on holiday, they sorted my out without any hassle. Would 100% recommend.
Rip off garage more like it. When we took vehicles here always needed work so changed garages and now rarely need work plus a better service.
Brilliant service and the guys explained exactly what was wrong with my VW and kept me up to date during the work. Highly recommend them
