Cannot fault them, especially in comparison with the only possible alternative Portway I never fail to get an appointment in a very good time scale.

I have found both North Cornelly Surgery and Stormy Brook surgery excellent. The reception staff are extremely helpful as are the nursing staff and the doctors. They have gone out of their way to do all they can to alleviate any worries we have regarding health and medication. It’s not an easy job trying to please everybody all of the time, but as far as we are concerned they go the extra mile each time we need them. Incompetent. Wanting me to waste a Dr appointment for a sick note request even though Dr and Hospital know and documented that I had surgery and stitches… no wonder their lines are busy because they get patients to waste time. Mind you the times I’ve been in the surgery the receptionists ignore the patients and just talk to each other. Same people in these jobs across most surgeries.

Excellent service today. Can't fault them. Thank you for sorting my prescription.

People phone the doctors because they are ill, worried or need advice. They do not need to get through to abrupt receptionists when they are already probably feeling quite fragile. Staff should be kinder, friendlier and speak with respect, otherwise they shouldn't work there. It's really awful.  On a positive note, the doctors are great.
