Cooked in dripping they have such good flavour - but maybe not so good for my waistline!

Having grown up in Cornwall I’ve eaten from most fish and chip shops and very much enjoy eating them when they’re good - I’d like to think of myself as a self taught connoisseur.

I don’t have ‘favourites’ of food shops, but instead classify them as either FANTASTIC, PRETTY DAMN GOOD, OK or JUST DONT BOTHER. These were FANTASTIC.

There are four fish and chip places in Helston. We have tried three, and this is the best - so far.
