Poor service,  we were told we couldn’t have one knife and fork for a jacket potato due to not enough staff, there were three members of staff and only two others people in the cafe, normally we have great service but on this occasions it was very poor. We were told we could stay inside but it was takeaway service so given two cups of tea in takeaway cups and no milk so I had to go back and ask for that. I didn’t want to eat a jacket potato with wooden cutlery but she would rather give me a refund than a knife and fork. I could have maybe understand if an event was on or maybe even a weekend but it was a rainy Monday.nNo Radio or tv on and we watched the young lady clear a table and leave it dirty. Out table was dirty before we started.Sorry on this occasion one bad visit let’s the cafe down.
