We asked for a quotation for carpets and window blinds for our new house. Someone came out to measure and we were asked to go into there shop to choose the items, this we did and we were told they would email a quote to us, THEY DID NOT so after a few weeks we called in to ask where the quote was and the man apologized and said he would sort it out and we would get it shortly. Four week + on and still no quote. They obviously are to busy !!
