Every single carer at Norley Hall Care Home are absolutely amazing. They all do an incredible job looking after our loved ones. Communication from management inc deputy, however has been appalling. At a time when your loved one needs to belong, with care and support of those they trust, for them to be rejected without even a moments consultation with family is unforgivable.

My dad has recently moved into Norley Hall and has received really good care. All the staff & carers are really friendly and the place has a feeling of one big happy family. It's great to have a conservatory where residents can meet with their visitors and help themselves to tea/coffee & biscuits. I now have peace of mind knowing that my dad has care 24/7 and he is more content.

Iam leaving this review for norley care home wigan i see all the time on facebook how much they do for there residents, and what great entertainment they do as well to make everyone smile , what a great care home it is it’s a credit to u all well done

I came in for my placement on behalf of Wigan and Leigh college and it was truly the most eye opening experience I would 100% re visit. Such a loving home amazing hard working staff who are always making ensuring residents are safe and happy. There are activities everyday that encourage movement and mobility progression to help gain more independence very empowering, after visiting I have truly changed my opinion on care homes thanks to Norley Hall Care Home.thank you so much for having me and experiencing this journey! -Meadow

My mother-in-law has been a resident for almost a year. The staff are wonderful and look after her very well. They always seem to be doing various activities for all the residents. Food is good and the facility is well looked after. Recently the conservatory has been turned into a coffee shop and it's a lovely place to sit for a chat

Beautiful home inside and out.  Odour free and lots of smiles from residents and visitors says it all.  I was entertaining there this afternoon and all staff were eager to get involved and get residents up for a dance.  Activity Organiser Elaine made me feel very welcome and made sure I was well catered for.  I have no hesitation in highly recommending this awesome care home 10/10  Wild Bill Entertainer

My mother in law as been a resident since February 2022, she settled in very quickly because of the staff they made her feel at home and gave her the time of day, if only a chat and smile or a good laugh because she has a good sense of humor  and has never   once said she felt  un happy ,we as a family know we made the right choice of home for her she is safe and looked after ,we are at ease that she is fine ,all the family visit regular and are made welcome by Kathrine,Janet and all staff.

Norley hall is very good atmosphere, friendly team , good food on time. I worked as a agency staff. I like it.
