This little gem of a museum is hidden away at the end of a track next to some industrial units. From the outside it looks like a big shed, but inside are hundreds of motorcycles, mopeds, and motorised cycles from across the decades. There are few labels or signs explaining what's what, but the lovely friendly chap who welcomed us to the museum was more than happy to answer our questions. There's also an extensive collection of model motor vehicles, and a vehicle used in an attempt at the pedal cycle land speed record. This isn't a large museum, but we spent a happy hour admiring and discussing the collection of vehicles. Entry should have been £5 each, however the helpful gent at the entrance gave us free entry for our retired party member. We were even offered a cuppa too when we arrived! The museum is open every day except Sunday, and opens from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Highly recommended for motorcycle enthusiasts.
Great collection of motor bikes, all lovingly restored by father and son team. Shame its not a bigger premises so all bikes can be seen in all there glory. But this place is a must visit for any bike enthusiasts. Owner is full of knowledge and will happily give information to anyone. Worth a visit as some very nice finds

This looked interesting, went on a funeral escort for the founder of the museum who had passed. Hopefully it will carry on running in the future. Be careful when visiting it is just off the traffic lights behind some old railway buildings.

Spent a very happy hour here. A wonderfully eclectic collection of vintage motorcycles. All sorts from Velosolex to Vincent. British, Japanese, French etc. There was even a Sanglas! Son enjoyed it very much. Some bikes mint, some "oily rag". Both gent's I spoke with were super friendly and very knowledgeable too. A very rare Hudson was excellent to see, along with a beautiful Rudge. For me, the small Japanese bikes were most interesting. Lots of ongoing restorations.
Great eclectic mix of various machinery definitely not polished and fettered. Nice variety especially of the 40 to 70s range. Loved the great selection of mopeds
