Never have prescription ready on time even if it has been put in well in advance. Always losing one of my prescription's. I have an ileostomy so thank goodness I don't get my supplies from them. After giving them loads of chances they always let me down. Decided to change chemists now as not reliable. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
