Lovely little stop off.nFabulous cakes and pastries! We had a bacon sandwich and 2 granary toast with a slab of Victoria sponge cake to go. Lovely staff with a fab atmosphere, clean toilet facilities with indoor and outdoors seating. Nice to see fresh new enterprises rather than the run of the mill fast food chain type, that offer variety and choice with flavors and eye popping gorgeous tasty food. You know how to cook bacon properly!
Mr TomTom brought me here avoiding a traffic jam on my way from Powys to Beds. What a find.!nAmazing Beetroot toastie and cake, so much cake.nDefinitely worth a detour as the owners are very friendly and make you feel so welcome.
Love this place! Would recommend the Knuckle Sandwich as their homemade spiced pineapple chutney is to die for. Coffee is also delicious I have extremely high standards. Cat is a splendid host and made us feel really welcome, chatting to us about the local area. Also dog-friendly!
Cycled to this cafe today, what a gem a very warm and friendly welcome. Nice little food menu, the toasted sandwich with mozzarella, pesto, tomatoes and olives garnished with fresh salad and crisps, tasted great, thanks chef . Highly recommended, we’ll be back. PS, the chocolate brownie was delicious
This is a fantastic little gem, independently owned and located in a beautiful village. The staff were very friendly, warm and welcoming. I almost feel like I don't want to tell anybody as I want this hideout to myself. I wish them the best of luck.nnThere are two people who run the coffee shop, there is a little bit of a wait, but I do hope that customers do appreciate that it's a new business and they are trying to get up on their feet.nnI really do hope this independent survives.
