I was absolutely gob smacked that I have never been here before. It does not feel like Bedford. Get your drink at the bar, the owner is super friendly and makes the best tequila sunrises. Then head to the garden. Just look at the pictures. I cannot make it justice by words alone. A true hidden gem with a lot of charm.
I am not sure if I really want to share too much details on the Noble Rot ;- All I can say is what a Gem. Loved it. The owner is a brilliant character, great cocktails and liquors. The atmosphere inside is amazing and soothing with great lounge music and beautiful senses but wait until you spend some time in the garden!
Best bar in Bedford. A hidden gem, the owner is friendly, and the vibe is classy with a great selection of wines. Thoroughly recommend.
Quirky little wine bar that is hidden away in plain sight. The decor is unique and so is the owner which adds heaps of character to the place. An amazing little enclosed garden and a great selection of drinks. Definitely worth a visit.
Google says "let others know what to expect" and honestly I don't know how to answer. It's different every time, but I love it here. A proper bar where the people running it care about good drinks and good conversation. Cash only, no taps, fancy wine, intriguing spirits and liqueurs, eclectic music, eccentric people, memorable nights.
Weird and quirky place, that only opens when the clock strikes thirteen. The owner is eccentric, and is choosy about who he serves, so it's a miracle he served me! Great crowd here, and a unique bar. I will return if I ever find it open again.
Best bar in Bedford with an atmosphere like no other. The owners are extremely accommodating and have a large selection of spirits including some of the best rum I've ever had. The downstairs area so so cosy and feels like it's straight out of the 1800's. The garden is secluded and cosy and it doesn't feel like you're sat in the middle of Bedford at all.
This place is so brilliant. Its relaxing when you want it to be, energising if you're in the right mood. Charlie is brilliant, and the staff a joy. Best part of Bedford's late night by far.
Unique atmosphere. French feel. Good wine. Fun host. Happy customers. Thank you for a lovely evening.
Art nouveau, working fire place, familiar, welcoming and warm. Felt on first ever visit there. Will return.
