I booked to have balayage done with Vicky a week ago and I left feeling absolutely gutted after paying £200 for a terrible, unprofessional and knows nothing about balayage or the technique. I told her there and then that I hate it but she ignored me. I made it very clear that brassy colours is a complete no no and that’s what I get with orange on top. Also Vicky has no idea how to cut long hair and I’ve never seen anyone cut the way she did. This is the second time I ask her to layer my long hair and she just cuts the ends of the length. I gave her another chance because she did a good job on my highlights the first time so I decided to go again and I’m £200 poorer and I had to fix my hair myself. I was too embarrassed to go out until I received the colours and I did a better job than she did. If you asked me why didn’t I go back, well would you trust the person who did a terrible job the first time to do a better job??? I don’t think so. Never again. One more thing, when you are sitting in a chair for hours and you try and have a conversation with someone who doesn’t smile, looks miserable and doesn’t answer you, it becomes not only boring but awkward.

Lovely staff, great atmosphere, okay prices. I hate getting my hair cut as ilin the last 5 years I've not been happy with anywhere I've been. However I've been back here 3 times. Amy and Vicky are good stylists.
