Aside from the amazing sea views, the best thing about this place is the warm welcome you'll get from Sandra. A lovely lady who takes good care of you in this wonderfully kept guesthouse. She cooks a mean breakfast too!

Really lovely stay over 4 days, fantastic welcome and outstanding hospitality. Sandra and Ray are great family people who have made this guest house very pleasant and a real joy to stay in.  Thank you

Could have been treated and greeted better had my name didn't sound White'ish, I reckon. The Rapunzel first night experience at the roof top (with sky view instead of "a room with the sea view") of the building was horrendous. Guided by a bloke (and a dog, called Mazie) with confusing instructions in an envelope stating the room number that doesn't co-incide with key number. Performance of the night was completed by getting locked out (tiredness - just got back in from Euro Tour + confusion    kicked in). Knocked into some rooms (thanks everyone!) but no one opened their doors to help (maybe because of my accent). Need to extend my gratitude to the next door guest house owner (needed to get out of the building, mind you) who helped me out to enter my room. No cancellation put up means will still be charge whether to come or not so why guest house owners didn't bother to be around on arrival. Was compensated by the transfer and a discounted first night (after forwarding my complaints, that was). Anyway, room and toilet are clean though.

Great place to stay very friendly staff and if you have room at front of house you get a lovely Seaview of the sun rise over pier.
