Would Definitely recommend No.9 Dental practice. I had an emergency issue. Staff were very friendly understanding and helpful. Thankfully I was given an appointment the same day. Best dental practice I've ever been with. I moved from another practice because their appointment waiting list was 6-8 weeks. I needed an appointment to fix an ongoing issue with my tooth and this practice No 9 Dental Practice got me signed up, an appointment that day to have a look and then an appointment the following day to have the treatment carried out. The receptionists are fantastic, the dentist's give you a great overview of exactly what will be done, the treatment I had been nervous about was pain free, done very carefully and cautiously. The practice is immaculate and very relaxed environment. Really great job with the work carried out, it already feels better. Thank you!

Great dental practice, friendly staff, very clean but for me personally although all the dentists/hygienists/nurses/reception are great, Erika is an absolute stand out star  very very good dentist, natural mannerisms, easy to discuss things with and absolutely fantastic with kids, even my little girl can’t wait to go to the dentist and it’s purely down to Erika, I hope she never leaves, absolute gem to have working there but again not taking credit away as Peter and all the staff are fantastic to have as your dental team, you are 100% in good professional hands with very high standards of care towards the patients, also well worth getting the membership in my opinion

I was looking to get some dental implants done, after doing some research on dental clinics in West Lothian, I decided to go with No9 dental clinic.  Pete Buchan has now completed my two dental implants and I’m absolutely delighted with them. The procedure was flawless from the start to completion. He explains everything in great detail, makes you feel at ease and his dental work is outstanding.  The clinic is immaculate, all the staff are professional, courteous and friendly.  I would highly recommend No9 dental clinic.    DW

I have been a customer for more than 15 years.  During this time I have absorbed countless price increases and still came back.  However, to have an appointment rescheduled for being 8 minutes late when over the years there have been many instances where I had to wait to be seen for longer than 20 mins, it's rather astonishing.  Additionally, whether it might matter to you or not, my opinion is that staff which are customer facing should always be trained in customer service prior to being appointed as the face of the business.  The following has been added following No 9's reply:  Thank you for your reply and for highlighting your Covid 19 measures.  Yes, the receptionist did advise that you were able to see me for the check up part of my appointment but not the hygiene due to my lateness.  However,  the receptionist's response when I said that I prefered the hygiene part rather than the check-up is the first reason for my 1 star review. Their reply was "we cannot do the hygiene part as it takes longer than a check-up and the appointment following yours are already here and we cannot keep them waiting longer" 1. if your Covid protocols are so tight what was the appointment after me doing in the building already? and 2. what made this person so important that they were not to be kept waiting?  The receptionist's response infuriated me so when she asked me if I would you like to reschedule my reply was - No, this is not good enough for someone who has been your customer for over 15 years.  However, the second reason for my 1 star review was the receptionist's bewildering reply: "No bother" and then proceeded to turn towards the young lady that was coming down the stairs.  This type of customer interaction might be good enough for you, but not for me. I am used to paying higher fees for service but those fees should always be rewarded with outstanding and exemplary service.  I would like to mention that if someone from your office had contacted me to discuss my concerns following my review I would have removed it and left it at that.  I will not be returning for further treatment or for the dental implant I wished to discuss during my check up. And the only reason we will be continuing with my wife's bridge is because we wish to honour our commitment and the time you have spent with her.  Wishing you all the best for the future.

I wish I had heard of them sooner instead of wasting my time with other dental clinics. Very professional, nice and friendly staff. They all know what they are doing and take their time on you. I personally must applaud Callum who is the root specialist dentist but welldone to everyone. Clinic is also very clean and modern. I plan to stay here as long as I am in the area. Thanks

My first visit !! 5 star plus made me feel very relaxed although I'm  dental phobic. After 6 months  of no front tooth, Peter replaced my crown and brought  my smile back, I'm delighted  would recommend  them , I'll  be back regards sandra x
