Great little tea room offering a lovely selection of sandwiches, cakes and teas. It does seem pricey just portion sizes are generous. I had the poached salmon sandwich and the salmon was delicious. Staff are lovely and friendly and the place has a nice cosy, country feel. The only downside was the heavy door constantly slamming shut as people come and go.

1st visit, but what I had was good quality,  latte and flapjack- which would have served 2 people, but seeing as I was on my own, it wasn't a problem. Just found the cup handle a bit small for my hand,  but otherwise it was OK, nice little establishment.

Wanting a quick but nutritious lunch, we settled for the pea and ham optional soup. It came with a choice of brown or white bread and butter. Also noticed there was gluten free meals/ snack on offer. I do support local independent establishments and certainly this deserves recommendation.

Visited this tea room yesterday, the food was nothing to write home about and was on the expensive side. I would not go there again. The loud rock music that was coming from the kitchen over shadowed the tea room. And it spoilt the atmosphere. Looks a nice little tea room from outside.  Will stick to The Red Fire Station next time

Only tea room in Tarporley. At its best on a sunny day sitting outside. Reasonable snacks/small meals. Good drinks.

Superb tea room, some gluten free food too.
