No. 45 Dental

I was recommended to bring my 5 year old son to this clinic being told that they were quite good. Knowing that my son would be in good hands, I paid an emergency appointment fee. I was asked to pay another consultation fee for another check up to find out about his cavity. After a check up Dr. Mo told us that my son would be referred to a pediatric specialist without informing us that we had to pay another consultation fee of £95. After I had received an appointment confirmation letter from the referred dentist, I found out that we had to pay another consultation fee because the new clinic was independent from no 45. We were not even asked if we would be happy to be referred to somewhere from scratch. I would have gone to that pediatric specialist straightforward after the emergency appointment without paying the consultation fee if only I was informed. I will never ever come to this clinic again. Their only concern is to take money by misleading clients.
